GRP/FRP/RTR/RTRP/GRE Pipes

OSC supplies best Glass reinforced plastic or ‘’GRP’’ or reinforced thermosetting plastic ‘’RTR’’ pipes, which produce excellent fatigue resistance, chemical asistance, impact resistance and excellent environmental properties including shrinkage, leading to lesser stresses in finished pipe and producing excellent mechanical properties.

The selection of pipe components (binding material and the reinforcements) is entirely based on the type of fluid handled, type of chemical, percentage of its concentration and service temperature.

Different types of resins are used as per the application and can lead to the following categories.

  • GRP When Iso-pthalic resin. Polyester resin and Ortho-pthalic polyester resin is used resin as main binding material for general applications like service water and utility water.

Mitered Elbows & bends.

OSC fabricates high quality mitered elbow, obtained from the pipe cut length laminating the cut length to obtain the desired bend. Mitered elbows can be produced in long radius and short radius as per specific requirements.
